tware according to FormulaSA E o f China :Chinese Rules (2014 Version) .The stress distribution and deformation of the car frameunder the working conditions of bending ,braking and cornering were analyzed based on ANSYS ,andthe bending and torsion stiffness were calculated .The stress ,deformation ,stiffness and modal parame‐ters of optimized car frame under three working conditions were studied .The results show that theweight of the car frame after optimization can be reduced and the strength and stiffness of improvedcar frame are in the allowable range .The engine of FSAE car should work at the speed except 1200 ,1980 ,2520 ,2820 ,2850 ,3510 r/min to avoid stimulating resonance of the car frame .Key words :FSAE ;frame design ;CAD/CAE ;modal analysis ;structural optimization[责任编辑 郑淑芳]43
