arameters.Then,the microstructures of ZK60 after forging were researched.Metal lographic microstructure ponent change of the AZ80 after forging were studied;the main mechanical properties were tested at room and high temperature;fracture morphology was observed by SEM and the texture during forging process was researched by EBSD.The results show that grains were small and homogenized gradually,the tensile strengths were increased at room temperature,fracture toughness of litter increasing trend distribution andРuniform,and the texture was formed different from squeezing and rolling the types ofРthe texture.At last,the process was designed and the die was made according to the wedge shape characteristic,and the deformation of body wedged was tested based on the experiment of free forging.РI
