we investigated the molecular events of fgl2 expression, downstream PARs mediated activ ation of MAPK, and their pat hological effects on tumor cell growth, tumor invasion and angiogenesis. Chronic hepatitis B has been recognized clos ely related with the devolepment of HCC. Sfgl2 was reported to be involve d in choronic hepatitis C virus infection. Whether it plays a role in CHB worths investigation. The purposes of this study are as the followings: 1. To investigate the contribut ion of fgl2 to xenografts HCCLM6 tumor growth and angiogenesis 2. To investigate the contribution of sfgl2 expression in CHB. Collect PBMC from 20 cases of chronic viral hepatitis and detect th e fgl2 expression, then re-mixed Treg and PBMC culture and detect the function of CD8 +T cells. 6
