na)РР Abstract:For the problem of signal denoising, wavelet gets better denoising results by the local property in bothРtime and frequency domain. It should be point out that thresholding function play a crucial role in waveletРdenoising algorithm.This paper discussesthe strengths and weaknesses ofthe conventional soft、hard thresholdingРfunction and other revised thresholding function, construct new thresholding functions by introducing a smoothingРfactor. The new thresholding function can avoid the Pseudo-Gibbs phenomenon, and also improve the noise removalРrate.
