乙方应按本合同条款2.2.2规定的内容,将合同方案技术资料交付甲方。2.4Assessment&Acceptance合同方案的验收Confirmedbythebothparties,eptthecontractSolutionbyPartyB.双方确定,按所签订的验收标准对乙方完成的合同方案技术进行验收。2.4.1ToensurethatthecontractSolutionsuppliedbypartyBiscorrect,reliableandadvanced,PartyA,ordancewiththeprovisionsofitems2.1-2.3ofthecontractandtechniqueattachment.ifthetechnicalSolutionarequalified,eptanceintwocopies,oneforeachparty.为了保证乙方提供合同方案的正确性、可靠性和先进性,由甲乙双方技术人员一起,按本合同2.1-2.3及技术协议附件规定,共同对技术方案设计和核心电路进行考核和验收.考核验收合格后,双方代表要签署验收合格证书一式两份,双方各执一份为凭。2.4.2IftheSolutioncannotmeettherequirementsofthecontract,eptanceofthecontractSolution.eptanceandtheresponsibilityliesinPartyB,PartyBshallberesponsibleforallthelossesthuscaused,ordingtoArticle6;iftheresponsibilityliesinPartyA,bothpartiesshallmutuallydiscussthefurtherimplementationsofthecontract.
