other three SNPs were not significantly associated with any ocular biometric parameter (all P>0.05).РConclusions: In our study, we found that in our cohort, the SNP rs11024102 in PLEKHA7 gene was associated with PACG, and rs3753841 in COL11A1 gene was associated with PACG and APACG, confirming the prior GWAS reports, which suggested that PLEKHA7 is the candidate gene for PACG, and COL11A1 is the candidate genes for PACG or APACG. In addition, the minor allele G of SNP rs3753841 in COL11AL was negatively associated with ACD.
