物运输保险。Р14.0?FORCE MAJEURE 不可抗力Р14.1 “Force Majeure” shall mean any event or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Party whose is affected and cannot perform its obligation under this Contract. This circumstance includes but is not limited to decree or restraint of government at the Buyer or the Seller’s country, natural disasters, strikes, war, riot, motion, fire, explosion, sabotage, perils of the sea, or embargo. The event of Force Majeure shall be legalized by local authority.
