Before each semester, different teachers put what their academic achievement, lecture content, studying materials etc. onto a website for the students to choose. The better reputation the professor own, the more students will be toРchoose his course, thus the professor earn more money. Thus there will be an petition among professors which can improve both the quality of teaching and the interest towards knowledge from the students side. But in China, we can see some professors or tutors doing perfunctory work in class, using the same lecture material over years, and students cares more about the mark teachers give but not how serious the teacher’s attitude toward his course is. Thus, result into a vicious circle.
