Abstract A 73－year－old leper relapsed who had been cured for 41 years． The patient presented with sys-Р ， ，Р temic pain erythema scattered red nodules in different sizes on trunk and limbs accompanied by systemic fa-Р ， ，Р tigue discomfort facial edema with no joint pain and no nerve enlargement and pain． The patient was repor-Р ，Р ted to the control institution and treated with combination chemotherapy drugs with good effective． The patientР is continued to be treated in the leprosy village．Р ［ ］ Р Key words leprosy relapsed after clinical cure
