Abstract A 73-year-old leper relapsed who had been cured for 41 years. The patient presented with sys-Р , ,Р temic pain erythema scattered red nodules in different sizes on trunk and limbs accompanied by systemic fa-Р , ,Р tigue discomfort facial edema with no joint pain and no nerve enlargement and pain. The patient was repor-Р ,Р ted to the control institution and treated with combination chemotherapy drugs with good effective.
