The Central Asian region has abundant energy resources and important strategic position, and is close to our country. It has e one of the important energy strategy partners of China.The favorable factor with the cooperation including geographical proximity, historical origins, cooperation platform of continuous improvement, policies support and so on. But there are some non traditional security factors, such as great power geopolitics, unclear division of the Caspian Sea, the lack of strength in the Chinese panies and other unfavorable factors.
