e control of the production cost of the prefabricated - ponent,this paper aims at strengthening efforts for the prefabricated ponent to control production costs. From the view of ponent processing diagram design,the mold design, production and the use,ponent site production and so on,the method of measures schedule system is used to systematically summarize and analyze the problems and reasons of the production cost control of the prefabricated ponent. On such basis,the control principle of pre- fabricated construction production cost is summarized and the cost control measures are put for- ward in each stage in order to provide the basis for the production cost control of prefabricated ponents.РKey words: prefabricated concrete construction; cost control; precast element; production stage
