This method is necessary but far from enough. The author believes more attention should be paid on the learning process in order to improve student’s self-study ability and develop their potentials. This paper first presented a summarization and introduction of various process - oriented online learning evaluation tools, then analyzed features and applicable methods of these tools and finally presented some principles to indicate teachers to effectively evaluate students’ study in online environment.
