good carrier of Chinese traditional calligraphy and painting, Xuan Paper is a kind of famous Chinese traditional handmade paper, and plays an important role in promoting the Chinese civilization. In recent years, with accelerating process of social development and the economic globalization, the natural and social environment for the surviving of Xuan Paper has changed. Particularly, the cultural environment which has undergone tremendous change exerts great impact on safeguarding and inheritance of Xuan Paper producing skills.
