Integration of teams and leadership “Teams” and “leadership” may arguably be two of the most frequently used terms in current management literature and discussion. They may also be two of the most misunderstood words, as there are almost as many definitions of each word as there are authors that write about them (Bass, 1981; Lappas, 1996).
