闭环空:井眼温度高,特别是上部井眼温度高时,套管封闭环空中的液体膨胀造成套管受力过大、甚至挤毁。这种情况有可能发生在测试期间。解决方法一是水泥浆不返进上层套管鞋,把地层作为泄压通道(半潜式);二是使用可压缩的充氮气水泥浆返到井口,但这在海上是难以做到的,特别是浮式钻井平台作业时;三是井口头下端安装液体膨胀压力单向释放阀,把井眼作为泄压通道;四是在套管四通上的安装压力表,发现套管环空有压力上升时,进行泄压(这只能在自升式钻井平台和陆地钻井测试时进行)。РIn casing annular, high temperature, especially the upper well, expanding liquid make casing to distortion and collapse. This is likely to occur in testing. The measure is as follows. Firstly, the cement is not to above casing.?Secondly, the cement prise constringent hydronitrogen is not to the mouth of a well. This is difficult to actualize in sea. Thirdly, the wellhead install valve that could release pressure. Fourthly, the wellhead iastall watch that could see pressure, using wellhead to release pressure(only can be used on jack-up rig and drilling test onshore.
