chanical chiseling method have been normally used for the contact surfaces between new and old concrete,while in recent years,water chiseling method has been widely usedand achieved good results.In this project,water chiseling method has been used for the new and old concretesurfaces of flange plate,transverse diaphragm and beam ends of the precast little box girder,with retarder to retard the hydration and condensation of the concrete surface and with water chiseling method to obtain rough surface effect.Through site tests,ideal results have been reached for the chiseling surface,which has solved mon quality problems by traditional chiseling method.Key words:precast little box girder;new and old concrete;water chiseling method;retarder62 2015 年第 1 期 广东公路交通 总第 136 期
