Allow the implant to pletely to maintain achieved shape. Cold, sterile saline can accelerate the cooling process. Reheat the implant as necessary to achieve the final form desired. Contouring Stabilize the implant with screws, tacks, wire or suture as desired. When using screws, tighten sufficiently press the implant to the bone and minimize screw profile.
