）Р The sodium dodecyl sulfate intercalated Zn/Al layered double hydroxide was prepared by reverse microemulsionРAbstract:Рmethod and characterized through SEM and XRD. The effects of contact time, temperature and solution pH were investigat⁃Рed. The results showed that the sodium dodecyl sulfate intercalated Zn/Al layered double hydroxide exhibited high adsorp⁃РРtion capacity of 64.10 mg/g for Cu2+. The adsorption behavior of this adsorbent was well fitted by the pseudo-second-orderРand Langmuir equations. The adsorption process was spontaneous and endothermic.
