Specific goals are to establish a most basic goal aiming at some particular learning situation and activity. These three goals are interrelated and mutually constraining, learners should set appropriate goals based on their own situation. After establishing a goal, learners should make their learning plans to carry out. The learning plans also should be based on the goals and actual situation. Proper plans can promote the process of learning autonomy. Contrary, excessive plans not only hold up the independent learning but also make learners slide into depression and fail to language learning.
