610065, China)Р Abstract: Zero-polar??distance??electrolyzer??for??obtaining??O2??and??H2??from??electrolysis??of??high??pure??water??was??designed??and??fabricated.??The??core??component??-??membrane??electrode??was??made??with??the??impregnation??reduction??method.??The??membrane??electrode??has??good??micro outline paratively high electrolysis efficiency. At the same times, the influence of membrane preparation process to the characteristics??of??electrolyzer??was??studied,??and??by??using??the??method??of??electric??chemical??analysis,??the??electric??chemical??characteristics??of??zero-polar??distance??electrolyzer??was??analyzed.??Then,??some??methods??for??improving??the??characteristics??of??electrolyzer??were??proposed.??Key words: ??electrolyzer;??zero-polar??distance;??membrane
