n 1836, he married Catherine Thomson Hogarth,and had 10 children.In 1858 ,he divorced Catherine and then lived secretly with an actress Ellen TernenCharles Dickens dies by stroke on June 9, 1870 and he was buried at Westminster Abbey in the Poet’s Corner.
