TiO2 porous films and its crystallization were discussed. TheРresults show that the current density and electrolyte concentration are the two main factors effecting the surface morphologies andРcrystalline phases of the anodic oxidation films. The TiO2 porous films are transited from non crystal to crystal by heat treatment atР500 ℃for two hours. The anodic oxidation films only have anatase phase on the surface of pure titanium in the phosphoric acid ,andРthe aperture sizes range from several hundred nanometers to several micrometers ; whereas the anodic oxidation films have anataseРphase and rutile phase on the surface of pure titanium in the sulphuric acid ,and the aperture sizes range from 100 ~ 200 nm.РKey words : anodic oxidation ;porous oxide films ;titanium dioxide ;anatase ;rutile
