The occurrence of this phenomenon stems from a lack of the sense -passion and bullying the absence of family and school moral education and dislocation, legal protection and the punishment of blank. To prevent this phenomenon, we must on the one hand, through the reasonable moral education, lead minors to establish correct moral system, reduce the risk of bullying.
