lityandLiabilityClientshallfurnishtoConsultantthepertinentdata,technicalservicereports,mapsandinformationavailabletohimandshallgivetoConsultantthereasonableassistaneenecessaryforcarryingoutofhisduties・ParticularlyClientshallnominateageneralrepresentativewhoshallbeavailableatreasonabletime・2・2ClientshallassistConsultantwiththeresponsibleauthoritiesforobtainingvisas,esstotheSiteoftheProject・TheaboveexpensesshallbebornebyConsuitant・petentpersonneltoperformitsobligationhereunder,inadditiontothosepersonnelspecificallylistedinAppendix3・AllpersonnelemployedbyConsuitantincarryingouttheworkshallbeexclusivelyConsultanfsresponsibility,andConsultantshallholdClientharmlessfromanyclaimsofanykindbyConsultant'spersonnelarisingoutofanyactsbyConsultantoritspersonnelinconnectionwiththeworkperformedhereunder.
