The results, through analysis in conditions of dam position with reservoir and without it, the following conclusions were reached:Р 1.paring the results with other researchers it shows a fairly good agreement between this study and the others references: (Guanglun et al, 2000), (Calayir and Karaton, 2005), (Cai et al, 2008), (Hal, 1988), (Saini and Krishna, 1974), and therefore the philosophy of the nonlinear fracture mechanics criteria and smeared crack models at proper seismic behavior of concrete gravity dam seems to be confirmed.
