and I went to the nursing home near our school\rand we organized an activity with other volunteers there. We took a lot of\rpresents to the elderly. Some of us performed wonderful programs, such as\rsinging, dancing. We also asked the old people to join us and they were very\r.\rpleased to. Some of us talked with the elderly merrily as they told us a lot about\rtheir lives. The whole day passed in the blink of an eye. In the sunset, we left the\rnursing home with their stories and our happy memories.\rThis activity is very meaningful for we not only did something good to others,\rbut also learnt a lot from the old days. I think that more time should be spent on\rkeeping company of the elderly.\r
