It's a good way to practice expressing my\rthoughts and ideas in English. Thirdly, I must prepare myself psychologically and\rbuild up self-confidence before making a public speech. From my personal\rexperience of public speaking, I believe this is useful and helpful. In this ease, the\rbest thing to do is talk to yourself: « “Tm a non-native speaker of English, so are they.\rWhy should I feel nervous?”
