The Captain enters into this Contract as the representative of the owners of vessel, her cargo and freight; and each of the respective owners is bound to the due performance of this Contract. 10. The parties municate to the Maritime mission of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade their or their attorneys ’ legal addresses in China or, in the absence of such addresses in China, their or their attorney ’s legal addresses elsewhere, indicating to whom notices, summonses, etc, are to be served. If the Parties fail to make munications, the notices, summonses, etc, shall remain in the office of the mission and shall be deemed to have been duly served to the parties.
